Here is the complete content from Ismailer's memo:
Dear Team—
I know you all just wrapped up your gathering - I hope you’re as excited as I am with the recent updates. Previously I sent you all a message, I mentioned the following: “I am confident in this group. You all are some of the most motivated and innovative developers we have had the pleasure to collaborate with - and we’re excited for that collaboration to endure.”
Given your hard work and versatility, particularly over the past twelve months, you continue to prove that.
The gamer responses from last autumn’s the game demo was informative. It confirmed the appeal of a roguelike shooter but told us we still had improvements to make. It revealed the need for a sharper identity.
It has been motivating to see how far you’ve come. You accepted the feedback to mind and reimagined Project ETHOS with a revitalized vision - one that’s ready to fulfill its promise to our players.
Our confidence in this project strengthens every day. To further the remarkable progress you’ve made, I am thrilled to introduce Ben Brinkman as the latest Studio Head of 31st Union. After a period of talks, Ben starts with us on the specified date.
His guidance and background in the competitive gaming space is vast, having spent the last 15 years producing and leading some of the most popular titles in gaming, including Call of Duty: Black Ops, and more recently, Apex Legends.
I invite you all in welcoming him next week. We are all looking forward to persist witnessing the progress of the game in the time to follow.
